The farm is grass land set in a valley with woodland surroundings on the river Lew. The stock that graze the farm are Hereford Cross and Pure Longhorn cattle and a flock of of mainly hill bred cross sheep. Spring sees the arrival of baby calves and lambs. We also have the farmyard chickens, our working collie dogs and the horses.

Then there are delightful places such as Lydford Gorge, Brentor with its magical church sat atop an ancient volcano with breathtaking panoramic views, many National trust properties, A steam village, heritage fairgrounds, Jethros in Lewdown, hundreds of quiet lanes or perhaps just sit under the farms own magic old oak tree - circa 1740!
